FOOT & ANKLE CARE

Everyday concerns.
Complex conditions.

What is keeping you from moving comfortably? Start with your concerns, ask questions, and explore the next steps in your foot and ankle care.

Heel & arch pain

When discomfort makes time on your feet difficult.

Explore care
Talk through heel or arch discomfort, including plantar fasciitis, and how it affects your day. Your visit is an opportunity to discuss nonsurgical care and whether a surgical option may be appropriate.

Bunion and Hammertoe Care

Understand your options for comfort and alignment.

Explore care
Bring your questions about bunion discomfort and treatment. Discuss conservative options and, when surgery is being considered, whether minimally invasive techniques or Lapiplasty fit your needs.

Sports & ankle injuries

Take the next step toward the activities you enjoy.

Explore care
Whether you are concerned about your Achilles tendon or an ankle that feels unstable, discuss what has changed and what you want to get back to. Care may include a conversation about lateral ankle stabilization when appropriate.

Arthritis management

Explore approaches that aim to preserve your own joint.

Explore care
Ask about options focused on your existing joint and the movement that matters to you. Dr. Kayal can discuss whether approaches such as ankle arthroscopy belong in your treatment plan.

Total ankle replacement

A thoughtful conversation about a significant decision.

Explore care
If you are considering ankle replacement, start with an individual evaluation. Discuss whether it is an option for you, how it compares with other approaches, and what questions to consider before deciding on care.

Advanced reconstruction

Individual attention when your care needs are more complex.

Explore care
Complex foot and ankle problems call for a detailed discussion of your needs and goals. A consultation can help you explore reconstructive options, including whether custom implants or limb-salvage approaches are relevant to your situation.
